The people behind Fancy Foods

Pablo Castillo

President & CEO

President and chief visionary. Pablo is the driving force behind Fancy Foods. He held executive positions at Cencosud in supermarkets and department stores (Paris), and was part of the development areas of CCU and corporate finance at Citibank. Bachelor in Science and Major in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and Master in Economics from UCLA.

Roberto Pirozzi

Business Development Manager

Roberto has held positions at Fancy Foods for the past 4 years, first as head of the private label area and currently overseeing the cruise sector. Former member of the Chilean national alpine skiing team. Bachelor in Science and Major in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with studies at Queensland University of Technology in Australia.

Cristián Magini

Director of Business Development & Procurement

Director of Business Development and Procurement at Fancy Foods since 2024. Previously held leadership roles at MIP Real Estate, Suzano Pulp and Paper America, and LATAM Airlines Group. MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (FIU 2024), MBA from ESADE (2018), and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (2009).

Theresa Neurohr

Logistics Manager

Theresa coordinates the transportation, storage, and delivery of our products, maintaining optimal supply chain performance. Her dedication and attention to detail drive operational excellence at every step.
