• Uniformly cut into 1"–1.25" lengths for consistent cooking
• Approximately 350 servings of ½ cup (85 grams) in 22 lb. package
• Firm yet tender texture with fresh, mild flavor
• Rinse before cooking if desired
• Cook in boiling, salted water for 3–5 minutes or until tender
• Perfect for soups, casseroles, stir-fries, or side dishes
• Season with butter, olive oil, garlic, or herbs
• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days
