Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Rossbach International Florida Inc., doing business as Fancy Foods (“Fancy Foods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information through our website and our internal LinkedIn Page management integration.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through fancyfoods.com, including contact and appointment forms, and to limited information received through LinkedIn's official APIs when people interact with the Fancy Foods LinkedIn Page. LinkedIn separately controls information on its services under its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: such as your name, business email, phone number, company, product interests, appointment details, and the content of your inquiry.
  • Website and technical information: limited browser, device, network, cookie, and usage information generated when you visit or use our website, as needed to operate, secure, and improve it.
  • LinkedIn Page interactions: the text and limited metadata of comments or replies on our Page content, identifiers used to manage that Page activity, and the actions an authorized Fancy Foods employee approves through our integration. We do not retrieve or display commenter profile fields.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange business discussions, evaluate wholesale or private-label opportunities, provide requested services, operate and secure our website, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

For LinkedIn Page management, we use the minimum information needed to publish company content, detect and display comments and replies inside our authenticated internal Page Manager, allow an authorized employee to write and review a response, and carry out the Page action that employee selects.

4. Human review of LinkedIn activity

Every company post, comment response, and reaction requires an explicit decision by an authorized Fancy Foods employee before it is published. LinkedIn member comments and replies are displayed only inside our authenticated Page Manager. Responses to those interactions are written and reviewed by a person; we do not send LinkedIn member comments or replies to external language-processing services, AI systems, or external approval channels.

5. Data retention and deletion

Temporary working copies of LinkedIn member comments, replies, and related social-activity content and metadata are retained for no longer than 48 hours. We may retain IDs and URNs used to manage organization activity, and records relating to content and actions of our own Page, only where and for as long as LinkedIn permits. Original LinkedIn content remains on LinkedIn and is controlled through LinkedIn's services and settings.

Website inquiries and business communications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use LinkedIn member interaction data for advertising, sales targeting, lead generation, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

We may share limited website and inquiry information with service providers acting on our behalf for website hosting, security, and communications; with LinkedIn when an authorized Page action is published; and with authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud and security. LinkedIn member interaction data obtained through the Community Management APIs is not exported or distributed from our Page Manager.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, security, preferences, and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect site features.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a request or consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To manage or delete content that remains on LinkedIn, please use LinkedIn's own controls.

10. Children

Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
